Tom has served as pastor of Birdville Baptist Church since 2005. He is in his 18th year of ministry, having served churches in Texas and Alabama as pastor and youth minister. He also served on the Birmingham Baptist Association ministry team. Tom and his wife Amy have been married fifteen years and have three children, Julia (11), Rhett (7), and Grant (2). His education includes a B. S. from East Texas Baptist University (Marshall, Texas), M. Div. from Beeson Divinity School, Samford University (Birmingham, Alabama), and D. Min. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, Texas).

Brian is Associate Pastor of Education and Administration. He is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (B.A.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological seminary (M.A.R.E.). He has served in churches for 26 years in Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida and Texas. Brian has been married to Cheri for the past 25 years. They have 3 children, Jennifer (17), Ashley (14) and James (12). Brian enjoys hunting, fishing and Cajun cooking with his family.  Aaron has served as Minister of Music and Worship at Birdville Baptist Church since 2007. Aaron is a native of Bristol, Virginia. Aaron and his wife Rachel were married in January of 2007. They have two beautiful dogs Hailey and Blue. His education includes a B.A. in Fine Arts from King College (Bristol, Tennessee) and an M. Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, Texas).

 Carolyn has served as Pre-School and Children's Minister since January, 2000. She retired from Fort Worth ISD after 22 years as a classroom teacher and 13 years in supervision. She and her husband Frank have been married 35 years and have two sons, Chris (30), Keith (26) who is married to Debi, and 2 stepdaughters, Teresa Cummings, and Elizabeth Stevens. Her education includes Decatur Baptist College, Assoc. of Arts, Decatur, TX, North Texas State University, (B. A.), Denton, Texas, Texas Christian University, (M. Donna has served as the Assistant to the Preschool and Children's Minister since June 2006. She has 17 years experience as a classroom teacher in both public and private school education. She and her husband, Rex, have been married for 21 years and have two children, Ben (15) and Allie (12). She is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University with a degree in Elementary Education.
Ariel Irizarry, Pastor of Iglesia Hispana de Haltom
 DeAnna joined the Birdville Baptist Church Staff in February 2000. She works with the business administrator overseeing the budget and financial operations of Birdville Baptist, Northeast Ministries, and Iglesia Hispana de Birdville. DeAnna married her high school sweetheart Pat in 1977. They have two grown children, Jacob and Danielle (married to Jeff)and two grandchildren Hudson & Kennedi.

Mary has been a ministry assistant for the past 15 years, the last 4 years here at Birdville Baptist. She and her husband Lucky have been married for 33 years. They have two children, Messina (married to Tom) & James (married to Mandy), who live in the area. They also greatly enjoy spending time with their grandson, Robert.
